Banded Argiope spider. I haven't seen many of these cool spiders since being a kid. This is the first one I've spotted in years as an adult. I was harvesting White Sweet Clover seed and thus found her in the tractor's bucket. |

In case it matters at all, you can add Sibley County to the sightings for these guys (banded garden spider), as I have several in my yard.
