Como Regional Park is an urban recreational park. Facilities within the park include:

- 3 softball fields
- 1 baseball field
- Fishing pier
- Non-motorized boat launch
- Como Lakeside Pavilion - Restaurant & Event Venue
- McMurray Athletic Fields
- Watercraft Rentals
- Como Lake

- Como Zoo
- Como Town Amusement Park
- Cafesjian's Carousel
- Como 18 Hole Golf Course
- Mini Golf
- Como Regional Park Pool

While it leans heavily toward active amenities like the Zoo, Conservatory, and golf course, there is the one “naturalist” bright spot in an otherwise highly developed landscape. The Como Woodland Outdoor Classroom is a 17-acre site within the park specifically managed for native Minnesota plant communities (oak savanna, woodland, etc.).
Como Regional Park remains a historic “outdoor haven” for those seeking activity in the heart of St. Paul.
