Minnesota Destinations

Waterfowl Production Areas (WPAs) are sites that have been selected to preserve wildlife habitat in Minnesota. They are managed and owned by the US Fish and Wildlife Service.

There are currently about 700 WPAs in the state. Most are open to the public.
