Jednokvítek velekvětý Moneses uniflora je velmi vzácná rostlina z čeledi vřesovcovitých. Počet lokalit kde roste je v Česku velmi omezený. Je proto zajímavé sledovat jeho prvotní vegetační stadium po dlouhém zimním období.
